Other Payment Methods

Payment for alpaca products and gifts can also be made by cheque, direct credit or internet banking.  Items will be shipped on confirmation of payment.

Handmade Alpaca Products

Many of our alpaca products are handmade and unique to The Alpaca Company.  You should therefore expect slight variances from pictured products.

Additionally, we do not hold large quanties of handmade alpaca products in stock - however, if there is likely to be a shipping delay we will inform you on confirmation of your order.

Currencies

Prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars.  To assist our overseas customers, there is a currency converter on each page of the website.  Conversion rates to other currencies displayed are taken daily from the US stock exchange.  These rates are intended as an indication of conversion rate only. 

Customs

If items require shipment outside of New Zealand you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.  Additionally, when ordering from The Alpaca Company store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
